Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the reliable delivery, setup, and configuration of essential IT equipment, primarily laptops, monitors, and peripherals, across Berlin, requiring two days per week of field service. The technician will also dedicate time to remote support, assisting the Service Desk with user inquiries, troubleshooting software problems, resetting passwords utilizing ticketing systems, and documenting asset transfers and inventory data. Key requirements include a completed IT apprenticeship (such as an IT Specialist or IT Systems Electronics Technician) or an equivalent qualification, along with proficiency in Windows operating systems and MS Office.
