Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading European IT company in Wolfsburg, specializing in holistic IT solutions and first-class system house and e-commerce services. As an IT Service Technician in 2nd Level Support, you will be crucial in driving digital transformation by managing and resolving technical issues across multiple platforms. Day-to-day tasks involve processing 1st, 2nd, and occasional 3rd level support tickets, managing employee onboarding/offboarding, installing and imaging notebooks, and providing comprehensive support for various devices including PCs, iPhones, and Canon Uniflow printers. You will also manage accounts and permissions in Azure AD, contribute to the Knowledge Base, and participate in security projects like Multi-Factor Authentication rollouts. The ideal candidate possesses vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) and professional experience in onsite or remote user support, along with knowledge of workplace services and mobile device management (Intune). This position is initially temporary staffing with a strong option for permanent employment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT field, such as IT Specialist for System Integration, or comparable qualification/experience

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT environments (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable qualification)
  • Technical professional experience, preferably in Onsite Service, User Support, or 1st/2nd Level Support (Remote or Onsite)
  • Experience in Workplace Service with devices like PCs, Notebooks, and iPhones
