Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT services as an IT Field Service Technician for a sustainably expanding consulting firm specializing in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The core responsibilities include hands-on technical support, such as installing applications and operating systems, managing the existing PC inventory, and setting up and dismantling both new and used hardware. A key component of the job is performing classic IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change) and creating necessary data backups. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification in the IT sector, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician, coupled with solid knowledge of common Microsoft operating systems and fundamental hardware expertise.
