Job Summary

This role involves shaping the future of IT solutions and service management within a market-leading company specializing in tailored IT services, ranging from infrastructure management and cloud services to complete outsourcing solutions. The IT Service Technician will primarily focus on hands-on technical support, including configuring hardware and software according to customer specifications, and independently analyzing and resolving IT faults on-site. Key responsibilities also encompass managing Windows clients and networks, processing 2nd Level support tickets, and installing telecommunication systems and printers. The ideal candidate possesses a background as an IT System Electronics Technician or equivalent experience in IT support, coupled with strong knowledge of Windows and iOS environments, proficiency in standard software, and initial networking experience. Success in this position requires both fluent German and very good English skills, along with a proactive approach to developing technical solution strategies within the team.
