Job Summary

This role is ideal for a flexible IT professional looking to provide essential field service and high-level technical support for a leading manufacturer of dental practice and lab software in the DACH region. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving complex software and hardware issues, providing critical on-site service to customers, and managing third-level support inquiries. The technician will also be responsible for training and supporting customers on various software products following comprehensive initial training. Key qualifications include completed vocational training in IT (or a relevant technical/dental field), strong knowledge of software technology, networking, and practical experience with PC hardware and MS operating systems/Office applications.
