Job Summary

This role involves working as a Microsoft System Engineer, providing essential IT services remotely and on-site for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Munich and Upper Bavaria. The position focuses heavily on 1st and 2nd Level Support, requiring the analysis and resolution of hardware and software issues. Key responsibilities include administering Windows, Citrix, and Terminal Servers, managing user accounts and permissions within systems like Active Directory and MS Exchange, and setting up and managing internal/external telephone systems. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or a related technical qualification, coupled with very strong practical knowledge of current Windows, Linux, and/or Apple server systems. Experience with MS Exchange, cloud solutions, backup processes, and security is crucial.
