Job Summary

This IT Support Specialist role, based in Munich within a leading medical technology company, focuses on providing essential First Level support and managing IT infrastructure for the EMEA region. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the primary IT contact, installing and configuring new workstations, managing and distributing software across MacOS, Windows clients, and mobile devices, and executing IT relocations. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues and supporting colleagues in using standard Office applications. The ideal candidate holds completed vocational training in IT or a comparable qualification and possesses strong knowledge of telecommunications, network protocols (LAN/WAN), and enterprise troubleshooting for Windows and Mac OS. Experience with software distribution tools like SCCM and Microsoft Active Directory is required.
