Job Summary

This role requires an experienced Service Desk Agent to provide crucial on-site IT support for a mechanical engineering company located in Munich. The primary responsibilities include utilizing Remote Control applications to deliver support, managing incoming IT issues via a ticketing system, performing detailed analysis and classification of disruptions, and meticulously documenting resolution paths to maintain and update the central knowledge base. Candidates must possess a completed IT education, such as an IT Specialist degree, or comparable professional experience. A strong understanding of IT processes, ideally based on ITIL, and expertise in Service Level Management are essential. The position demands excellent customer focus and the ability to technically guide colleagues regarding organizational efficiency and effort. This is an excellent opportunity within an established company offering good development prospects and a positive team environment, initially offered as temporary employment with a strong option for permanent takeover.

Required Skills

Education

Completed education in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for Application Development, IT Specialist for System Integration, Industrial Systems Technician, IT Management Assistant, PC and Network Specialist, or IT Systems Clerk) or comparable professional experience.

Experience
