This role is for an IT Service Technician based in Ismaning, supporting a client specializing in Managed Services for industrial companies. The core responsibilities include executing specific project orders and delivering essential Onsite Support for Windows clients, printers, and telecommunication systems. The technician will manage IT support tasks utilizing various ticketing systems (B/F, IMAC, H+E).
