Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Backup and Storage System Administrator joining a medium-sized high-technology company in the Munich area, serving as an innovation partner for industry solutions in digitalization and networking. Day-to-day responsibilities include the planning and commissioning of new systems, as well as the continuous analysis, evaluation, implementation, and operation of critical IT infrastructure. Key focus areas include Active Directory, Windows Server Systems, VMware Virtualization, Backup solutions, Storage management, and Database Systems. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or comparable professional experience, coupled with a complex understanding of IT processes. Routine in IT system administration and support, along with experience in evaluating and introducing new technologies, is essential.
