Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Network Specialist based in Unterhaching, focusing on providing Enterprise, Carrier, and Data Center Network solutions across Germany. The specialist will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of network components, including planning, installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. A key part of the job involves delivering Second Level Support, collaborating closely with Technical Assistance Centers (TAC) from manufacturers like Cisco and Brocade, and participating in critical projects such as network migrations. Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent vocational training, coupled with hands-on experience in Routing, Switching, and TCP/IP protocols. Proficiency with Cisco Catalyst and Nexus products, along with LAN/WAN/WLAN knowledge, is essential. The position requires good German and English skills and includes regular on-call duties, offering a permanent contract with potential for home office and a company car option.
