Job Summary

This role is for an IT Technician based in Wolfsburg, focusing on providing comprehensive technical support within a market-leading IT solutions and service management company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Windows workstations and laptops, installing essential software like MS Office, and setting up mobile devices including iPhones and iPads. A key part of the role involves executing IT support tasks based on tickets and specific project assignments, delivering both onsite support at service points and customer locations for Windows, Linux, and OSX clients, and managing technical escalations. This position requires someone with a completed technical education or equivalent qualification, strong expertise in client hardware, and relevant professional experience in both onsite and remote end-user support.
