Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist providing essential first and second-level support to internal users, both on-site and remotely, within a long-standing maritime industry company in Hamburg. The specialist will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software, managing Windows clients, mobile devices, and peripherals, and handling user and rights management in Active Directory. Key responsibilities also include supporting IT projects and rollouts, maintaining IT documentation, and collaborating with external service providers. The ideal candidate will have an IT-related education and initial professional experience in IT support, coupled with strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and network technologies.
