This role seeks a highly professional Technical Director to assume comprehensive technical, economic, and personnel leadership for the Engineering Department at the Vienna House Andel's Berlin, a 4-star superior hotel. Key responsibilities include managing the maintenance, repair, and preventative planning for all technical systems, ensuring strict adherence to legal safety standards and building regulations, and optimizing energy consumption for cost savings. The Director will also be responsible for planning and executing modernization and renovation projects, coordinating external partners, and managing the department's annual budget and financial planning. The ideal candidate possesses multi-year professional experience, preferably in hospitality or facility management, coupled with a background in supply, electrical, or building services engineering.
