Job Summary

This full-time, permanent Inhouse ERP Consultant role involves managing, organizing, and executing IT projects specifically within the ERP environment. The consultant will be crucial in maintaining internal service management processes, focusing particularly on Incident and Problem Management. Key daily activities include providing First and Second-Level support for the ERP system, ensuring its performance, stability, and availability through proactive monitoring, and independently configuring and adapting the system to meet business needs. Furthermore, the consultant acts as the primary contact person for colleagues across various departments, including conducting necessary training sessions. Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, or relevant vocational training, coupled with professional experience in ERP administration or application management. Strong German and good English skills are required, alongside a goal-oriented and independent work ethic.
