This role seeks an experienced IT Application Manager to drive the full lifecycle management of software applications within a fast-growing, international company. Key responsibilities include independently defining software requirements, developing suitable processes, conducting rigorous testing, and implementing new IT solutions. The manager will provide holistic project management consulting to specialized departments, support interdisciplinary IT projects, and ensure application performance, stability, and availability through vigilant monitoring. Collaboration on backup concepts with the Infrastructure and IT Security teams is also crucial. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or equivalent vocational training, coupled with professional experience in application or service management. Success requires a goal-oriented, independent working style, strong communication skills, and fluency in German alongside good English proficiency.
