Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious PLC Programmer / Automation Technician focused on bringing production plants online and ensuring smooth operations for clients of a leading European technology services platform. Day-to-day tasks involve the full lifecycle of automation systems: commissioning new production facilities, integrating and parameterizing electrical devices and sensors, and developing robust PLC programs using tools like Siemens TIA Portal/Step7, Bosch WinSPS, and CoDeSys (IEC 61131 standard). You will also create visualization solutions, perform error analysis and troubleshooting on existing systems to maintain production flow, generate comprehensive technical documentation, and train operational staff on new equipment. Key qualifications include a strong technical background in Electrical or Automation Technology and practical experience applying specialized PLC and visualization platforms.
