Metrology Technician | Messtechniker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Metrology Technician responsible for ensuring precision quality control through advanced measurement techniques. Key daily activities include the measurement of stamped and plastic components, as well as test gauges, and the development of comprehensive measurement strategies and fixturing concepts. You will manage and maintain specialized metrology equipment, including Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and profile projectors, by creating detailed tactile and optical measurement programs for series production and project phases. A crucial part of the job involves analyzing and documenting measurement results, conducting capability studies, and coordinating test equipment management, including monitoring and calibration. The ideal candidate possesses a technical vocational background, professional experience in tactile/optical measurement, and practical skills in programming 3D coordinate measuring technology, supported by good German language skills.
