Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the continuous and compliant operation of critical gas and vacuum supply systems, including pure air, nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, argon, and general vacuum systems. The Facility Service Technician will be responsible for the technological monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of all plant and shift protocols to maintain supply continuity and adherence to quality parameters. Key duties include coordinating operations with external partners (like LINDE for air separation units), planning and managing maintenance, testing, and repair measures, and organizing troubleshooting efforts. The ideal candidate must possess a completed technical education, further qualification as a Technician or Master Craftsman (ideally focused on building services engineering/TGA), and several years of professional experience in technical building management or plant/supply technology. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office for data visualization, and good German language skills are essential for success in this service-oriented, highly responsible position.
