Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Technical Operations Manager specializing in Electrical Engineering, responsible for leading and strategically developing installation teams focused on photovoltaic (PV) systems. Day-to-day tasks involve overseeing and optimizing technical processes, ensuring high execution quality, and managing project implementation from conception through successful commissioning. A critical component of the role is the disciplinary and technical leadership of a team of approximately 40 employees, focusing on their motivation and professional development. The manager will also hold budget responsibility, monitor economic targets, and ensure strict adherence to all relevant safety standards and DIN VDE guidelines. Success requires acting as the primary communication interface, coordinating with grid operators, customers, and external partners.
