Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical Design Engineer joining an engineering services team in Arnstadt, focusing on the detailed planning and execution of electrical infrastructure projects. Day-to-day responsibilities involve developing customized electrical solutions, coordinating infrastructure planning with other trades, and performing critical tasks such as switchgear design and the selection of secondary components. A key technical duty is cable dimensioning, requiring calculations based on current load, voltage drop, protection, and installation methods. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating technical diagrams, providing procurement support, estimating costs, and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation and manuals. Candidates should possess a degree, Master's, or Technician certification in Electrical Engineering, coupled with strong communication skills, customer orientation, and a results-driven, responsible approach. Travel readiness during the project phase is required.
