Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of electrical and mechanical production plants in Waltershausen. The Electronics Technician will be responsible for the full lifecycle of plant maintenance, including the commissioning of new equipment, conducting routine maintenance and necessary repairs, and implementing continuous optimization and expansion measures tailored to production needs. A key aspect of the job is interacting with end-users, handing over operational plants, and providing comprehensive instruction on usage. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training as an Industrial Electrician or equivalent technical qualification, coupled with professional experience and a strong understanding of maintenance processes. Success in this position requires fluent German skills, proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems like S4 Hana, strong analytical abilities, and a hands-on, team-oriented approach. The position offers a permanent contract, flexible working hours, and attractive compensation, but requires readiness for early and late shifts, along with occasional on-call duty.
