The specialist will primarily handle administrative processes related to civil protection and provide expert advice to rescue service organizations concerning the construction, renovation, and expansion of rescue stations for ground, mountain, and water rescue services. Key responsibilities also include managing funding measures for rescue services, such as processing applications, creating grant notices, and conducting on-site inspections of rescue stations. Candidates must hold a relevant Bachelor's degree in Security & Safety Engineering, Rescue Engineering, or Public Management and possess experience in non-police civil protection (e.g., through involvement with fire services or aid organizations). The position requires strong communication skills, teamwork, initiative, and a structured, results-oriented approach, often involving collaboration with volunteers and external partners.
