Key daily activities include developing robust planning and scheduling methodologies, establishing and monitoring crucial KPIs, and leading cost reduction initiatives. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering and a minimum of ten years of leadership experience in high-tech manufacturing, preferably within the optics or laser systems industry.
