This Data Scientist role focuses on leading advanced analytics initiatives within the Quality Medicine function, moving beyond standard reporting to shape the future of quality through data. The professional will apply cutting-edge techniques, including machine learning, causal inference, artificial intelligence, and natural language processing, to analyze complex, non-routine challenges related to quality risk and medicinal product lifecycles. Key responsibilities involve owning data science projects, developing analytical frameworks by integrating structured and unstructured data, and translating findings into actionable insights for strategic decision-making across global programs, including Early Clinical Development and Medical Devices. The ideal candidate holds a Master's or PhD in a quantitative field and possesses a proven track record in executing full-cycle data science projects, preferably within the regulated healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors, utilizing R or Python proficiency and collaborative tools like git.

Experience

  • Professional experience in executing full-cycle data science projects (data preparation, model development, validation, and deployment)
