This role is based in Vienna within the High Throughput Biology group, focusing on the discovery of innovative cancer therapies through advanced biochemical profiling and automation. The Laboratory Scientist will independently plan, execute, and meticulously document biochemical assay validation and profiling experiments, contributing significantly to oncology research. A core responsibility involves the development, implementation, validation, and quality control of biochemical assays. The scientist will also operate and maintain automated lab systems, including pipetting robots, and collaborate on selecting and implementing new automation solutions with internal and external partners. Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field, coupled with practical experience in biochemical assays and analytical methods.
