Job Summary

This role seeks a (Senior) System and Development Engineer specializing in Electronics to serve as the key internal expert for both in-house and purchased electronic components. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of electronic systems, including specification, technical approval, schematic and layout creation, and mechanical design integration. A core function involves the system integration of electronics into complex machinery, requiring close collaboration with mechanical, electrical, software development, and project management teams. Day-to-day tasks include prototype assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing electronic subcomponents and their associated firmware. Additionally, you will manage external development partners, contribute to the product roadmap, and handle technical coordination with international customers and service teams. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, possesses professional experience in circuit design, and has knowledge of FPGA/µC programming and general PCB design tools.
