This role is perfect for a skilled (Senior) System and Development Engineer specializing in electronics, focusing on the entire lifecycle of electronic components within a leading technology company. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the primary electronics contact, specifying and technically approving electronic components, and managing schematic and layout creation for in-house developments. The successful candidate will oversee external development partners, manage system integration into complex machinery (in collaboration with mechanical, electrical, and software teams), and perform prototype testing and commissioning. A key technical aspect involves embedded software programming (MCU, FPGA) and optimizing electronic subcomponents and their firmware. The role requires a degree or experienced technician qualification in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, coupled with professional experience in circuit design, plant construction, or laser technology, and strong proficiency in both German and English.
