Job Summary

This role involves joining an innovative team focused on developing and optimizing bioanalytical methods for determining active substances and antibodies in various matrices. The Laboratory Scientist will independently plan, execute, and validate bioanalytical method developments, including ligand-binding and cell-based assays. A key responsibility is conducting analyses of clinical and preclinical samples within a regulated environment, ensuring strict adherence to GLP and GCP requirements, and maintaining comprehensive, audit-proof documentation. The position also requires the standardization of laboratory processes, active management of lab operations, equipment, and capacity planning, and proactive troubleshooting of methodological challenges. Candidates should possess a degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or Biotechnology, deep knowledge of protein biochemistry, and experience with bioanalytical procedures and laboratory automation, ideally utilizing liquid-handling robots like Tecan or Hamilton.
