Job Summary

This role seeks an Electrical Engineer to step into a Project Manager position, focusing specifically on the coordination and execution of large-scale, complex renewal and new construction projects for transformer substations. The successful candidate will act as the client representative (Bauherr), overseeing all project phases according to HOAI standards, managing comprehensive project controlling, and handling complex approval and procurement processes for plant technology. Day-to-day responsibilities include extensive coordination and negotiation with internal departments, external clients, administrations, and property owners regarding land usage rights. Key requirements include a Master’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or Energy Technology, demonstrable professional experience in the field, and a strong command of project management methodologies, including proficiency in SAP and MS Office. This position is ideal for a highly goal-oriented professional with excellent negotiation and social skills, who is ready to take on significant responsibility in optimizing critical infrastructure assets.
