Technical Building Services Planner | Fachplaner (m/w/d) TGA

Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Technical Building Services (TGA) Planner to specialize in establishing and optimizing heating, ventilation, and sanitation (HKLS) systems, primarily within residential and ecclesiastical construction projects. The core responsibilities involve developing innovative HKLS concepts, providing expert advice to the calculation and project management departments during planning phases, and serving as the specialist for cost estimation related to HVAC and sanitation in feasibility studies and project developments. The planner will also be responsible for reviewing and optimizing external planner specifications and coordinating closely with the architecture department regarding HKLS planning across performance phases 1-6. Candidates must possess a completed technical degree in fields such as Technical Building Equipment or Supply Engineering, coupled with proven experience in managing complex TGA projects and developing economical initial concepts for turnkey construction ventures. Strong assertiveness and communication skills are essential for success.
