Job Summary

This critical role seeks a highly qualified Master Electrician and Maintenance Manager to oversee the comprehensive electrical operations and building systems maintenance in the Stuttgart area. The core responsibilities include ensuring the legal, economic, and smooth functioning of all electrical infrastructure, acting as the legally responsible qualified electrician, and managing emergency power systems, including monthly testing. A crucial component of this position is personnel management, requiring the successful candidate to lead a team of approximately five staff members, handle scheduling for deployment and on-call duties, and conduct employee reviews. Candidates must possess a Master Electrician certification or be a state-certified Electrical Technician, coupled with proven experience in operating complex electrical systems (KG 440-450, 470) and demonstrated team leadership abilities. The position requires excellent organizational skills, a high sense of responsibility, cost awareness, and specific switching authorization from 1 to 38 kV.
