Job Summary

This Senior Trainer role focuses on preparing and conducting specialized customer training sessions related to radio monitoring systems. Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive training programs, course materials, and presentations, while actively transferring knowledge about complex products and their applications. The successful candidate will also handle the technical coordination of project work within a small team, including planning, monitoring, and coordination of work packages. Collaboration with project management, development teams, and international customers is central to the role. Candidates must possess a technical degree or equivalent experience, deep knowledge in COMINT (radio signal capture/evaluation) and SIGINT (sensor data fusion/situation picture creation), and proven didactic and teaching experience. This position requires fluent German and English skills and significant international travel (30-40%).
