Job Summary

This role is centered on delivering essential First Level IT Support, both remotely (via telephone) and on-site, focusing primarily on the Windows operating environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include the rapid resolution of IT issues, the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Windows client systems to ensure seamless operation. A key component of the job involves efficient ticket management, including the creation, classification, tracking, and maintenance of all support requests in various ticketing systems (such as Jira or Service Now). Furthermore, the specialist will be responsible for setting up new employee workstations and regularly verifying hardware functionality and security. Candidates should possess a completed qualification in IT Specialist System Integration or several years of relevant professional experience, along with solid expertise in Windows systems. Experience with Microsoft Teams, TeamViewer, and Microsoft Remote Access is highly beneficial for success in this position.
