Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced professional with deep technical understanding ready to serve as the primary on-site contact for all hardware technical issues. The Hardware Service Technician will be responsible for executing necessary repairs and maintenance on hardware, managing the associated billing, and providing comprehensive technical support and service directly at the customer's location. A strong background in hardware repair and specific, confident knowledge of Apple operating systems and products are essential. While an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) certification is desirable, the core requirement is demonstrable reliability, customer focus, and the ability to leverage long-standing expertise to support complex development projects within a team environment.
