Job Summary

This role is designed for an expert in technical support, focusing on resolving complex IT issues escalated from 2nd-Level Support. Day-to-day responsibilities include the analysis and resolution of incoming incident reports, ensuring the seamless operation of the entire IT infrastructure, including operating systems. The specialist will also be responsible for the installation, configuration, and administration of servers and various applications, alongside providing essential support for system backups, maintenance, and necessary adjustments. Key requirements include successfully completed vocational training as an IT Specialist or a degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics. Candidates must bring deep professional experience in IT administration and support, coupled with specific experience in database programming.
