Job Summary
This role involves connecting people and technology by ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure for a prominent client. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing incoming incident reports, including their analysis and resolution, primarily handling support via telephone and a ticketing system. Day-to-day tasks include installing, configuring, and administering servers and various applications, ensuring system stability. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist or equivalent qualification, coupled with a strong affinity for IT and technology. While initial practical experience in IT support is beneficial, strong communication skills, reliability, and a focus on quality are essential for success in this team-oriented environment. This position offers an opportunity to further develop professional knowledge through hands-on experience and internal training programs.
