Job Summary

This role is for an expert PLC Automation and Commissioning Engineer focused on developing and implementing advanced control systems for high-profile clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and programming innovative PLC controls, specifically utilizing platforms such as Siemens S7 and Beckhoff TwinCAT. A critical component of the position involves creating visualizations and user interfaces using software like WinCC and TIA Portal. The engineer will regularly travel to customer sites worldwide to execute the on-site commissioning of complex machinery and ensure the smooth integration of control systems. Key qualifications include a degree in Electrical or Automation Technology, or an equivalent technical certification, coupled with several years of professional experience in PLC programming and on-site troubleshooting. The ability to communicate effectively in a production environment is essential, requiring very good German language skills (C1).
