Job Summary

This role involves designing, validating, and documenting new mounting brackets for electric drives on wheelchairs. The successful candidate will assemble prototype brackets for final testing, develop decision trees and logic for the product configurator to assist customers with ordering, and act as a liaison to product management, contributing to documentation and identifying areas for improvement. Additionally, the technician will provide expert advice to sales teams and customers regarding complex installation queries. The ideal candidate will possess a technical vocational education, ideally with further technician qualifications, strong PC skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving, coupled with excellent teamwork abilities.
