Job Summary

This role as an IT Specialist / IT System Administrator involves the full lifecycle management of technical solutions within a dynamic environment, focusing heavily on the Azure Cloud infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring the operational stability of Azure services, configuring and managing critical collaboration platforms like MS Teams and SharePoint, and providing essential service delivery across the organization. Key duties encompass Microsoft O365 user administration, comprehensive client service troubleshooting, and managing network infrastructure, including Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (AVD). The ideal candidate must possess fundamental knowledge of Microsoft O365, server operating systems, and practical experience with backup/recovery concepts and cloud technologies. This position requires providing First and Second Level Support and occasional onsite presence in Friedrichsdorf and Fulda, offering a challenging opportunity to contribute to a global technology leader's smart industry initiatives.
