Job Summary
The City of Achim is seeking a motivated and engaged IT System Integrator to join their School IT team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring a future-proof and secure information and communication technology landscape across seven schools. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing First, Second, and Third-Level Support, managing Active Directory and Group Policies for servers and clients, and overseeing telecommunication systems. You will also administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems and procure mobile devices for the schools. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your IT expertise to advance the digitalization of the local school system, contributing to a modern and efficient educational environment. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant IT qualification, professional experience in system integration, and strong knowledge of data protection and security standards.
Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed 3-year vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or Application Development, OR a completed university degree (Bachelor or Dipl. (FH)) in Computer Science or Technical Information.
Experience
- Professional experience as an IT System Integrator
- Knowledge of GDPR and security standards (ISO 27001)
- Knowledge of IT Security Act (desirable)
- Experience in planning, design, and implementation of ICT infrastructure and networks (desirable)
