Job Summary

This Program Coordinator role focuses on the planning, organization, and management of study programs, particularly the new English-language, interdisciplinary Master's in Battery Technology, which is set to launch in Winter Semester 2026/27. Day-to-day tasks involve detailed scheduling, coordination between lecturers, students, and administration, managing public relations, advising prospective students, and maintaining vital cooperation with external partners, including the Fraunhofer Institute. The role also requires providing administrative support for key dean's office projects, such as orientation and graduation ceremonies. The ideal candidate holds a university degree, preferably in Administrative Sciences or Business Administration, and possesses initial professional experience, ideally within the higher education or public sector. Strong organizational talent, structured work methods, communication skills, and a high degree of self-initiative are essential. This is a permanent, part-time position (29.025 hours/week) offering the stability and benefits of public service employment.
