Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the operational stability of a leading German cloud provider's data centers in Hamburg. The IT Service Technician will be responsible for the setup, cabling, and electronic connection of server hardware and network components, performing necessary repairs within the data center environment. A key part of the job is independently handling customer inquiries and actively monitoring and maintaining the proprietary data center infrastructure and electronic systems. The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT systems electronics or similar qualifications, strong hardware knowledge, and a service-oriented, reliable work ethic. After comprehensive training, the technician will participate in a rotating, compensated on-call duty roster, contributing to the delivery of 'Made in Germany' digital sovereignty solutions.
