Job Summary

This full-time, permanent role involves providing essential IT services within a leading German cloud provider's data centers located in Düsseldorf and Cologne. The technician will be responsible for the physical setup, cabling, and electronic connection of server hardware and network components, as well as performing necessary repairs. A core part of the job is independently managing and responding to customer inquiries and actively monitoring the company's proprietary data center infrastructure and electronic systems. Successful candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification as an IT System Electronics Technician or IT Service Technician, or equivalent professional experience, coupled with strong technical aptitude and hardware knowledge. This position requires a high degree of reliability, a service-oriented approach, and the willingness to join a team operating a rotating shift system after initial training.
