Job Summary
This role seeks an experienced IT Service Technician to provide essential onsite support and troubleshooting for clients within a leading global IT infrastructure services company. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on client systems, managing mobile devices (iOS and Android), performing network diagnostics at the workstation level, and executing IMAC (Installation, Move, Add, Change) procedures. The technician will also be responsible for configuring PCs, laptops, and printers, and meticulously documenting all work in a ticketing system. Key qualifications include proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems, fundamental knowledge of IT Incident handling and IMAC processes, and mandatory possession of a Class B driving license. This is a full-time, permanent contract offering a stable career path, above-tariff compensation, project bonuses, and long-term assignments with a high likelihood of permanent customer takeover.
