Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Embedded Systems Software Developer to join a renowned client in the Allgäu region of Germany, initially via temporary employment with a strong prospect of permanent hire. The core focus involves shaping future products by developing strategies, ensuring product requirements are met, and performing software reviews. Day-to-day tasks include the analysis, design, and implementation of operating system-near software, such as device drivers, kernel modules, and system services. The developer will also design and implement communication interfaces within real-time critical operating systems. Essential qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or Electronics, extensive experience in embedded systems programming, and proficiency in hardware-near C programming. The position offers a high quality of life in the Allgäu area and a flexible hybrid work model (three days on-site, two days remote), requiring existing German work authorization and intermediate German language skills (B1 minimum).
