Job Summary

This role involves leading projects focused on the energy transition, specifically centered on heat pumps, electric boilers, PV systems, and electricity storage. The Project Manager/Engineer will be responsible for creating feasibility analyses and innovative concepts, and meticulously planning low- and medium-voltage systems in accordance with relevant standards. Key daily tasks include generating technical proposals in collaboration with the sales team, and acting as the central interface between customers, grid operators, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. A successful candidate must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering and possess practical experience in the planning and implementation of low- and medium-voltage systems. The position requires a structured, solution-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and a proactive team spirit to drive business field expansion and product development.
