Job Summary

This role is a core technical position within the ISIHOME Group, a growing real estate project developer, focused on the planning, setup, and continuous support of the company's critical IT systems and network infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily administration and maintenance of Windows Servers and Clients, ensuring the stability and security of key Microsoft services including Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365. Key responsibilities also involve configuring complex network components such as VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls, and managing VoIP telephony systems. Applicants must possess a completed vocational training in IT System Integration or equivalent, coupled with fundamental knowledge of IT security solutions and backup strategies. A structured, solution-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and fluency in German are essential.
