Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated IT Systems Administrator to manage and evolve the company's IT landscape within a growing real estate investment group. Day-to-day responsibilities include the planning, setup, and continuous maintenance of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure. Key tasks involve administering Windows Servers and Clients, managing core Microsoft services like Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online, and ensuring system availability through monitoring, backups, and regular updates. The administrator will also configure and manage network components, including VLANs, VPNs, and Firewalls, and provide essential 1st and 2nd level support. The ideal candidate holds vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or an equivalent qualification and possesses fundamental knowledge of Windows administration, network structures, and IT security solutions. Experience with VoIP systems and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V) is highly beneficial.
