Job Summary

This role is central to shaping and optimizing digital Sales, Service, and Marketing processes by focusing on the maintenance and further development of cloud-based CRM platforms, specifically SAP C4C. The consultant will advise internal departments on SAP C4C and broader CRM solutions, analyze and optimize processes across Vertrieb, Service, and Marketing, and handle the configuration and enhancement of cloud-based CRM, Marketing, and Customer Satisfaction solutions. A key technical responsibility involves integrating CRM systems using REST and SOAP APIs, participating in projects, and performing error analysis. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in (Business) Informatics or Business Administration, coupled with professional experience in SAP Cloud for Customer, Marketing Cloud, and Qualtrics, along with fluent German and English skills, strong communication, and analytical thinking.
